Deposits are refundable until you accept the final price.

Your money

What happens to your deposit, in every case.

A deposit is what makes a group price real. It proves the group is genuine, so sellers bid seriously. It is held, never spent, and it either comes off your invoice or comes back to you.

While the discount group is open

Your deposit is held, not spent. Leave at any time and the full amount goes back to your card.

If the discount group misses its minimum

The discount group is marked failed and every deposit refunds automatically. You do not need to ask.

While sellers are bidding

Your deposit stays held. Bids above the closing ladder price are rejected, so the price can only fall.

When the final price is locked

Your deposit is committed to the group order and comes off your final invoice. Walking away from this point forfeits it.

After your order

You pay the seller the balance directly. The deposit has already been applied.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, and no seller sees your name, address or phone until they win the discount group.

Where the money sits

We never touch your deposit

Deposits are held in escrow with a licensed partner for the life of the pool. We do not put them in an interest account and we earn nothing on them. We are paid by the seller who wins the auction, never by you. How we make money.
