Something is wrong with my order
We hold back part of every seller's money until the orders on a discount group are signed off. That holdback is what makes this more than a complaints form.
What we do and what we do not do
- You get a first answer from a person within seven days.
- We ask the seller to respond in writing and we keep the record on the discount group timeline.
- While a problem is open, the seller's holdback on that discount group is not released.
- We are not a warranty, an insurer, or a court. We cannot force a seller to work, and we do not decide who is legally right.
- A seller with unresolved problems stops getting awards. That is the strongest thing we have and we use it.
